Crypto passphrases

Stop photographing your seed phrase. Start encrypting it.

Keep a wallet's seed phrase and address in one encrypted record - protected the same way as every other item in your vault, not a photo in your camera roll.

Not plan-limited - unlimited on Free and Plus.

Use caseCrypto holders

Protect a seed phrase the same way you protect a password - encrypted, not photographed.

Use caseAnyone with more than one wallet

Keep each wallet's phrase and address together instead of guessing which sticky note belongs to which wallet.

Use casePeople who've outgrown a paper backup

Move a seed phrase out of a drawer and into a vault you can actually search.

Beyond the usual login

A seed phrase isn't a password, and it deserves better than a photo.

Twelve or twenty-four words are usually written on paper, photographed on a phone, or typed into a plain notes app - each one a way for that phrase to end up somewhere you didn't intend.

A record built for exactly one purpose.

Velora Vault's Crypto Passphrase record holds the seed phrase and wallet address together, encrypted the same way as every other item in your vault - no camera roll, no paper drawer.

Built for the real task

Built around what a wallet actually needs

One record, encrypted, with the phrase masked until you choose to reveal it.

Seed phrase, encrypted

Store the full recovery phrase as its own field, not buried in a generic note.

Wallet address included

Keep the public address beside the phrase so you always know which wallet it belongs to.

Masked by default

The seed phrase stays hidden until you choose to reveal it - never shown in a list view.

Find it by name

Search your crypto passphrases the same way you already search passwords and notes.

Room for notes

Add context - which exchange, which hardware wallet, which purpose - beside the phrase itself.

Encrypted like everything else

AES-256-GCM in your browser, before the phrase ever reaches storage.

Add it once

Save a seed phrase in the shape it actually is.

Crypto Passphrases live in the same encrypted vault as your passwords, with their own place and their own fields.

  1. 01

    Open Crypto Passphrases

Choose Crypto Passphrases from the vault sidebar - a dedicated space, not a generic note.

  2. 02

    Enter the seed phrase

Add the full recovery phrase exactly as your wallet generated it.

  3. 03

    Add the wallet address

Note the public address so you always know which wallet this phrase unlocks.

  4. 04

    Encrypt and save

Velora Vault encrypts the record in your browser before it reaches storage.

Same encryption, no exceptions

A new record type, not a new security model.

Crypto passphrases are encrypted with the same AES-256-GCM process as every other vault record, and included automatically if you ever rotate your master key.

Common questions

Before you begin.

Does this count toward my plan's record limits?

No. Crypto passphrases are unlimited on both Free and Plus.

What happens to my seed phrase if I change my master key?

It's re-encrypted automatically, in the same rotation that covers your passwords, notes, documents, and wallet records.

Is this a crypto wallet or exchange?

No. Velora Vault stores and encrypts the seed phrase and address you give it - it doesn't hold funds, sign transactions, or connect to any blockchain.
