Does this count toward my plan's record limits?

No. SSH keys are unlimited on both Free and Plus.

What happens to my SSH keys if I change my master key?

They're re-encrypted automatically, in the same rotation that covers your passwords, notes, documents, and wallet records.

Can Magic Import extract SSH keys from pasted text?

Not yet. Magic Import currently proposes passwords, notes, cards, and bank records; SSH keys are added manually for now.
